What a great way to celebrate Johnny Appleseed Day...we made applesauce! We got the recipe ready and all the supplies we needed. Thanks to our kindergartners and their families, we had lots of apples to add to the pan!
A huge shout out to Mrs. Radermacher for facilitating the cooking. Mrs. Kurt got to do all the clean up!

Next came the. best part...tasting. I was super proud of my friends for giving the applesauce a try. Some of us loved it and some not so much. Either way, it was fun that we all worked together to make this yummy snack!
