The 100th Day of School

Tuesday February 20 was our 100th Day of School!  It was a fun day, full of all things 100.  We read 100th day stories, made 100th day headbands, wrote about what we would do if we had $100, played a 100th day game in Math and shared collections of 100 things we brought from home.

   

   

   

   

   

 We even squeezed in some Science for our Materials in Our World unit of study.  We were observing the effects of water on our wood samples.  We learned to use eye droppers, too.  We were surprised to learn that our wood samples did not immediately sink in the water!
