We have been working hard since school started establishing our classroom community. We have been learning each other's names, learning to share, take turns, be patient…all kinds of things! Mrs. Kurt gave each of us a puzzle piece. We had to print our names on it and then draw things that told about us…maybe things we like to eat or do. We cut out the pieces and made a giant puzzle symbolizing that even though we are all unique individuals, we are also each an important part of our classroom community at Northview Elementary!

Once we completed the project, we did some more community building on the playground. Sometimes it is tricky to be part of a community. But we are learning how to do it and we are even liking it!
