We had such a great day at school on Valentines Day. We started off the day with an all school assembly to acknowledge all the things we accomplished on our Family Fun Night: Doing Good Together event. The Northview Student Council members talked to us about the charities we donated to and we watched a video that Miss Caley in the office put together showcasing this amazing event.
After the assembly, we mailed valentines to each other.
We wrote in our Reader's Notebooks about the story we read called The Day it Rained Hearts by Felicia Bond.
We played a few games of Valentine Bingo.
After specialist time, we had a popcorn snack and of course, opened our valentines!
