In Writer's Workshop, wen continue to learn about the members of our classroom community through our Friend of the Day activity. This involves the friend of the day telling the class about something important to them. Classmates ask questions and then we summarize the information we have heard. Together, we decide what to write about our friend of the day and we do the writing together.
This week, we took some time to focus on the difference between questions and comments. Ms. Kieltyka and a few friends taught us about this difference and helped us learn some great question words to use when we ask questions!
